It all started the weekend after Thanksgiving. It is a tradition of ours to put up our tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We turn on the Christmas music and get into our pajamas and decorate the tree. You can't forget the chocolate chip cookies. Blaine and Madelyn had so much fun looking at the lights and all the ornaments. All Madelyn wants to do is take the ornaments off the tree. She is slowly learning that she is not suppose to do that. It has been so much fun seeing both of them interact with each other as they have gotten older.

We also started another tradition last year by going to see Santa the first Monday of December with all of our immediate family in Georgia. Blaine actually sat on Santas lap this year and he told him that he wanted some candy, a basketball, and a bike. We shall see what Santa brings. Madelyn of course was only interested in looking at his beard. We had a great time with our family and enjoying the Christmas Spirit.
As you can tell by the look on Blaine's face, that is what he really wants for Christmas.
